1. High school/college GPA of 2.5 or higher.
2. Demonstrate financial need.
3. Good moral character.
4. Demonstrate involvement in leadership activities or programs.
5. Relative of Anne M. Ferguson’s family or a dependent of a Southeastern employee.
6. Full-time student.
