2.) Good moral character,
3.) Be of the Christian faith,
4.) Have financial need,
5.) Native of Tangipahoa Parish (if none-then native of LA.),
6.) Full-time student,
7.) Has earned at least 6 credit hours,
8.) Must be majoring in accounting.
