Student Publications In-Out Scholarship

Established By: Office of Student Publications

1.) Active leadership in the Office of Student Publications (verified leadership capacity with The Lion’s Roar or Le Souvenir within the Office of Student Publications, (i.e., Editor-in-Chief or Section Editor) confirmed via the department director or the VP of Student Affairs)
2.) Full-time enrollment for the fall semester.
3.) Cumulative college GPA of at least 2.5.

Priority Requirements:
1.) First-generation college student status.
2.) Backgrounds or experiences reflecting barriers to higher education (e.g., low-income, rural, interrupted or nontraditional pathways).
3.) Demonstrated financial need or limited other institutional support.
4.) Commitment to and vision for student media’s future contribution.
