Selection Criteria:

1. Must have sophomore status at the time of application (30 hours completed minimum)
2. Must have an overall college GPA of 2.5.
3. Must be a full-time student (12 hours minimum).
4. Must be a native of Louisiana.
5. Must show leadership and service to the University and/or the community.
