Selection Criteria:
1. The recipient may be studying any degree program offered by the University.
2. The recipient may be an entering freshman or upperclassman.
3. The recipient must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
4. First preference must go to a graduate of a High School in Hammond, Louisiana.
