Selection Criteria:

1. Must have overall college GPA of 2.50 or higher.
2. Must be majoring in Accounting or Finance.
3. Must be U.S. citizen, ethnic minority (black), & in need of financial assistance (must be able to qualify for federal financial aid.)
4. Must be enrolled full-time.
5. Preference given to undergrad student; however, a graduate student may be selected.
