Antimony L. Gerhardt Endowed Scholarship in Mathematics

Established by Mr. and Mrs. Kent L. Gerhardt

Selection Criteria:

1. The scholarship is open to a student who:
a.) is a full-time student majoring in mathematics who will have junior or senior class standing for the initial semester in which the scholarship will be awarded.
OR
b.) is a high school student enrolled at Southeastern through the Superior Juniors Program, has completed Math 200 and Math 201, and will be enrolled in more courses than are tuition subsidized by the University or state for the semester(s) in which the scholarship is awarded.
2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in all math courses and minimum cumulative Southeastern GPA of 2.5.
3. Selection preference will be given to a student who is a member in good standing of Pi Mu Epsilon, mathematics honorary society.
4. Must be community service-minded as evidenced by active membership in good standing in a Southeastern community service organization, such as Gamma Beta Phi, or in an equivalent high school organization, such as Key Club or Beta Club, if applicant is a Superior Juniors Program student.
5. Must be of good moral character.
