Selection Criteria:

1. Minimum college GPA of 2.5; if a beginning freshman, must have achieved a minimum high school GPA of 2.75.
2. Must be of good moral character.
3. Must be enrolled full-time.
4. Preference given to a student from Albany or Hammond High School, with proven leadership ability and involved in community service.
