Selection Criteria:

1. Must currently be a student worker in the Division of University Advancement.
2. Must have worked in the Division of University Advancement for a minimum of two semesters.
3. Must have a minimum overall college GPA of 2.5.
4. Must be enrolled full-time, unless the student is in his/her final semester before graduation and does not require a full-time course load to graduate.
5. Must be an undergraduate.
6. Should demonstrate leadership in Division or University initiatives.
