Selection criteria:

1. Must be majoring in Special Education or Elementary Education.
2. Must be of good moral character.
3. Must be enrolled full-time.
4. Must have achieved a minimum of 60 credit hours.
5. Must have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
6. Must have graduated from a St. Tammany parish high school.
