Established by Dr. and Mrs. Ralph W. Shaw, Jr.

Selection Criteria:

1. Must be a non-traditional student, preference to be given to a single parent.
2. Must be an undergraduate of junior or senior standing (60+ hours).
3. Must be a resident of Louisiana.
4. Must be full-time (enrolled in 12 hours or more).
5. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
