Selection criteria:

1. May be a beginning freshman or an upperclassman.
2. Minimum high school or college cumulative GPA of 3.0.
3. Must be a resident of one of the following parishes: Tangipahoa, St. Tammany, Livingston, or Washington.
4. Must have high moral character.
