1.) Must be enrolled full-time.
2.) Must have a minimum of 30 credit hours (no freshmen).
3.) Must be a resident of Tangipahoa, St. Tammany Parish, or East Baton Rouge Parish.
4.) Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
5.) Must belong to a low to moderate income family:

Retention: One (1) semester.
