Selection Criteria:

1. Has been admitted to the clinical component of the nursing program.
2. Once scholarship is awarded, must make a “C” or better in all nursing courses to retain scholarship.
3. Priority will be given to students from Walthall County, MS.
4. Recipient will have dinner with the Thornhill family.
5. Provide evidence of leadership skills.
