1.) Must have exhausted eligibility for TOPS.
2.) Must be in good standing with the University.
3.) Must exhibit financial need. Preference must be
given to the student/s with the greatest loan
indebtedness and/or carrying the greatest out-of-pocket
expenses at the time of award.
