Selection Criteria:
1. Must either be a member in good standing of St. Albert the Great’s Catholic Student Association OR a first-year freshman that is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School, St. Scholastica Academy, St. Paul’s Catholic School, or Archbishop Hannan High School.
2. Must submit an original, typed, researched, and MLA-documented 800-word essay about the influence of the Irish on Louisiana (content may be historical, political, cultural, or personal).
