Selection Criteria:

1. Must exhibit financial need, such as working to put themselves through school and/or requiring loans to attend college.
2. Must be a resident of Tangipahoa parish.
3. Beginning freshmen must have achieved a minimum overall high school GPA of 2.0 and achieve/maintain a minimum overall college GPA of 2.5 to retain the award. Students with an established college GPA must have a minimum overall college GPA of 2.5.
