Selection Criteria:
1.  Must be majoring in Music.
2.  Must have a minimum overall college GPA of 2.75, and a minimum overall high school GPA of 3.0.
3.  Must be enrolled full-time.
4.  First preference must be given to a student from Tangipahoa parish.
