Established by Army ROTC Alumni Chapter

Selection Criteria:

1. Must be an Army ROTC Cadet primary or active Army guardsman. OR Must be the child of a Louisiana resident who was killed in action (any military branch).
2. Must be enrolled full-time.
3. Recipients MUST take a group photo with the Army ROTC Alumni Chapter BEFORE their award can be disbursed.
