Selection Criteria:

1. Must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5 or a minimum Southeastern GPA of 3.25.
2. Preference given to a student from Washington parish.
3. Preference given to a first generation college student.
4. Must be enrolled full-time.
5. Must be of good moral character.
