Selection Criteria:

1. Must enroll full-time as an incoming Freshman.
2. Must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.8.
3. Must be a graduate of Live Oak High School (Watson).
4. Financial need and academic merit will be considered.
5. Significant participation in extracurricular activities.
